The hotel was conveniently located near many attractions. the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were tidy and well-maintained. the breakfast selection was diverse and delicious, with many options to choose from.
My experience at this hotel was tainted by a major issue. This was not only unprofessional but also embarrassing, as it made me look bad in front of my colleague.

Great location: The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and attractions. Excellent service: The staff was friendly and always willing to help with any requests or questions we had.- Comfortable rooms: The rooms were clean and cozy, with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.
Reservation mishap: Unfortunately, there was a mix-up with our reservation, and the hotel only had one room available instead of the two we had booked. This caused some inconvenience and disappointment upon arrival.

We had an amazing time in Rio Grande do Sul with our group of friends. the location was perfect, with beautiful views of the surrounding area. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, equipped with all the necessary amenities. the service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff. the breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of choices. We also enjoyed the facilities, such as the swimming pool and the fitness center. it was a great experience.
